[NLRS] Fw: MN/WI/IL activity hours in V/UHF contest next weekend

   This is what I posted to SMC (Society of Midwestern 
Contesters -- based out of ILL and adjacent portions of 
IA/MO/IN)  
    My intent is to increase awareness across the entire 
Upper Midwest.
