[NLRS] Back issue of QST ?

'Lo all.
Looking for the Mar 1968 issue of QST; specifically, the article by Reed Fisher, W2CQH on pgs 32-33.  No luck so far in 
the libraries... they seem to start at 1/1969 (!)

Costs, etc., will be covered (obviously).
