[NLRS] More on 902 junk

I am using what looks like an old duplexer out of some cell equipment.  It
is relatively small (about 2" x 2" x 6") and has three ports marked TX, RX
and ANT.  I am only using one side of the duplexer (RX to ANT as I recall),
and it has about 0.3dB of insertion loss and nice skirts.
