[NLRS] SS CW

For those waiting for 6m to open, SS CW contest  is this weekend, 4 pm this 
afternoon (2100) to 9 pm on Sunday (0300), 80m thru  10m.  Its a great way to 
practice some CW skills. Yes, some of these guys  are flying, but if you tune 
up higher in the band you can find some slower  guys.   

Here is the exchange:  Consecutive serial number  for each contact you make 
starting with 1, then 2, etc, then your power level as  follows -  Q < 5 watts, 
A < 150 watts, B < 1500 watts.  S =  School and U = single unlimited (using 
the Internet), M = multiop.  Then  your Call.  Then the last two number in the 
year you were first licensed  (for me, 1970 so "70"), and last your ARRL 
section (MN).

So if I am  working N0KP and I am running 100 watts, and this is my 23 
contact in the  contest, I would send

"N0KP NR 23 A W0ZQ 70 MN".
