[NLRS] Rover locations in the EN=44/54/53/43 area

Hi Dave:

This is a TOUGH area. It's flat and filled with trees. I've had
lots of problems on 432 and up. 6 and 2 play ok.

There are a couple of high spots along Hwy 82. The good--they are
quick to just pull over at. Bad--trees.

I've always thought the Adams-Friendship Airport would not be too
bad. Sure it's surrounded by tall pine trees but at least you can
spin your car in a circle and point in the right directions.

I've also got a county park/boat landing that I use on the west
shore of Lake Petenwell--Or is it Castle rock lake. My memory is
that I take County B north of Hwy 82 or 21--whatever's east of
Necedah. What's good about the boat landing is that the horizon
to Milw and Chicago is good. When I need to point at MSP, I bring
my car back out to the west to get a better peek.

For your run-and-gun style, I think you might like the high ground
on Hwy 82. But this is what I know.

Years ago, for EN-44, I used to use Wood County Park. Nice
parking lot to drive around in. Trees bad for 432 and above.

Interested to hear others experiences/ideas.

The rover plans are almost mapped out. I need to know
if there is a fairly good spot around the Adams area
in EN53, and also East of Neceeda in EN54. Not sure
of the direction to go if I want to Xcountry it to
Adams if a good spot or put time and miles on by going
near WI Dells. Power on the bands will be good, other
than only 30W on 222 and 18W on 1296.
