Yes.  More height on 6m, especially when going from 3m to 5m height will make a 
signifacant difference in the power delivered at low angles.

What happens if a big asteroid hits the Earth?  Judging from realistic 
simulations 
involving a sledge hammer and a common laboratory frog, we can assume it will 
be pretty bad.
