Hi Cathy.   One of the best places to get ANY contesting info is at the
ARRLs website at http://www.arrl.org/   .   Towards the top left click on
"Operating Activities", then "Contests", then "Calendar" to see all the
ARRL sponsored contests.    From there you can click on any one contest to
get the full rules.    At the top of this same Contest Calendar page is
"Contest Corral" .... if you click on this it will show you many of the
non-ARRL sponsored contests like the CQ contests, the state QSO parties,
etc, etc.

The June VHF contest is June 9 (1800 UTC) thru June11 (0300 UTC) and is 6m
and up.
