Hi Matt.  I hereby proclaim that 144.225 is yours, or until someone 
else takes it !   Just kidding.   144.225 is a good spot.   I am going 
to "claim" 144.230.   Right now I plan to do some recreational roving 
myself and not straying too far from home either.   Gas prices are a 
bit more of an issue too.   I have not decided WHERE I may go, but I do 
plan to rove.

Who else ?
