Did you check the flex-radio web site knowledge base?

There are TWO USB, SoundBlaster Extigy and MP3+ (and ONE Firewire, Edirol 
FA-66), 'external' sound card/box solutions "supported" by flex-radio.

Curious if anyone has used a USB connected sound card/interface for
SDR work?  If a guy wants to use a laptop to run the SDR software but
still get the high dynamic range/24-bit audio i/o capability like a
Delta-44 PCI card offers, how do you do that?
