Hi Everyone Sorry for this late update. I have been working 19 days straight scenes the contest with a total 25 days by July 6. The price one pays to play. The contest was another bummer! The conditions was flat at best. When Glen was out in EN15 roving he was very lite on the lower bands. Was there a solar flair. Hi Hi. The signals from north out to the west, to the southwest was like losing the tower top amp. But conditions to the south and southeast was much better. Working Jon rovering in that area was a dream compared to the west. I was able to work him from 6 to 10GHz with no problem and at times as little as 7 mins to go through the bands. Bruce, when he was deep in that other country called Wisc. I could hear him but he hearing me was a lot less. Oh well. I did get a change to play on 6, It did Tees you a lot, you had to be fast in exchanging info, But Sunday about noon I pick a freq and sat there and in one hour I had worked 76 Q's and after a hour and half it slowly moved out. Later that evening a small storm was north of town and I was able to work Bill on 10GHz and OH happy hour on 10 off down town Sunday night was great. Need to do that more and more often. Okay to wrap this up my score from 2006 was not a good representation because of the two day opening on 6 but 2005 was up by 10,000 points. See everyone on Rovermaina contest. OH good luck with that robot and did change things again you have to G behind the upper bands to like 10G 5G and so on. THANK YOU Chris with that converter. 73's Dave NØKP.
