[NLRS] N0XAS ID-O-Matic beacon keyer

A few weeks ago I brought a small keyer to the Tuesday night coffee
meeting. Donn later asked me to repeat where it came from.
I finally remembered, it is by N0XAS and is a $20 kit.

It is a cute little item that provides PTT, CW keying, or tone CW. It
has a number of modes ranging from a simple ID reminder to repeater
IDer, and beacon keyer. Just connect it to a DB9 serial port for
programming. I intend to program mine to provide a one minute beacon
string and add it to my 10GHz rig. One push button to start the one
minute sequence, another to reset and clear it.
