[NLRS] Rovermania IV - Rev C1

Hello NLRS land.

For this revision,  I added Chris & Holly .... the MANIA grows !!!   Its 
contagious,  infectious, unstoppable !!   For those who want to know more about 
the  UHF contest, check out the ARRL's UHF contest rules at  
http://www.remote.arrl.org/contests/forms/  .   Remember that  paper logging & submission is OK, 
forms at the above website.   If  you use computer logging, then you must 
submit electronically.   Also  check out the NLRS website on Rovermania at  
http://www.nlrs.org/#AugUHF_Rover  .

Anyone else ?   Were  up to eight rovers and four fixed stations listed.   
Think about  spending a Saturday afternoon or a Sunday morning at your local 
grid  corner.   Never tried roving ? .... this is the one to give it a go if  you 
have any interests.   Remember that its just a 24 hr contest, 1:00  pm Sat to 
1:00 pm Sunday and its a very relaxing pace.
