[NLRS] 902 Dish and feed

Hi Scott,
Good show.  To first approximation, expect 18dB gain out of your 4' dish at
902MHz.  That's with 50% efficiency (which is where the approximation comes
in).

While I am going to CSVHFS, 4' is a bit big... sorry.  Now if it were an
18" dish....  (But thats <10dB gain at 900... you can do that with short
loop yagi.)
