[NLRS] June contest and 10gig activity hrs

Hello NLRS land.   For those who have  10gigs and have limited time for the 
contest, lets call 8:00 to 9:00 pm on  Saturday evening and same time again on 
Sunday evening as activity hour for off  of downtown with any coordination 
that may be needed on 146.46.    

No big event here, just an attempt to coordinate with those who may have  
limited time.
