[NLRS] Rover

Hello all,

W0SD, Ed, and I will be playing rover for the contest.
Nothing set in stone, but here's what we're going to
try to do:

We'll start out at the EN12/13/22/23 corner on Saturday,
then head north on I-29 through EN14,15,16 and 17.

On Sunday, EN 18, then back south through EN28,27,26,25
and 24.

6m:  300W and a small yagi
2m:  160W and 12-el
222: 120W and 14-el
432: 100W and ??-el (I forget -- about an 18 ft boom)
1296: 10W and 10 ft. M2 yagi

We're trying to sort out some details -- I'll try to
post a 2m frequency Saturday morning before the contest.
