Hello NLRS-land.

Here is the most recently updated States Above score board for NLRS members
who are playing. A number of stations have worked 50 or more
States/Provinces already, nice job ! KC9BQA & K0AWU are tied for the
highest score with 114. Its fun to see some good scores on the "odd"
bands too like 5 to 7 on 902, 5 on 2304, 4 on 3456 and who would have
thought 4 on 10.368 GHz ? I remember when I was happy just to work EN24
! Also fun to see four op's playing in the new rover category - congrad's
to K9JK/R for a great rover score.

Don't forget that the June VHF contest is a good opportunity to add to your
score, or, to start playing for the first time. Collect 30 or more
States/Provinces and submit your score come the end of July and you will
(eventually) receive a nice certificate ... cool wallpaper.

The 2006-2007 CSVHFS sponsored States Above operating event is now in its
eleventh year. For the past several years the NLRS has been using this
fun event to help promote activity within the club. The object is to
work as many States and Provinces as possible on the bands above 50 MHz.
QSL cards are not required. Full rules for this year long operating
event can be found at http://www.csvhfs.org, then click on the "States
Above" link.
