[NLRS] MnQP results

Hello NLRS land.

The Minnesota QSO Party contest results have been released. 
Congratulations to the NLRS for a third place finish in the club 
competition. It seems that the new SSB only category brought out a few 
more players ! Congratulations to W0LER for winning in the VHF 
category. Once again both the number of logs and the total number of 
contacts made has increased from the previous year making the MnQP one 
of the more fun winter time events. You can see the full write up with
