[NLRS] Old Audio Tape Dubbing - Thanks to all who replied

Thanks to everyone who responded to my query on getting some audio off a few
old 3" reel tapes and on to a WAV file or CD. We did get a volunteer and
will see how that works out. The source of the Apollo 11 audio and
recording is completely unknown (probably my a battery-operated cheap
recorder with a mic placed closed to a TV or broadcast radio speaker) so my
query was more of curiosity about if anyone still had the technical
capability to do the dubbing. But, as often happens with a bunch of
techno-heads, the conversation morphed back into the technical stuff and a
nice bit of neat information surfaced about how Apollo earth-to-moon and
moon-walker to LEM communication was done - and we all learned something we
probably never knew!

Again thanks to all. And a special thanks to those who did not respond but
tolerated the short "walk down a different path"!
