[NLRS] Off Topic: 3" audio tape dub to WAV or CD?

I know this is way off topic for this reflector but I hope maybe someone
here has some old audio gear around.  My wife just discovered in our old
stuff two 3” Reel ¼” audio Acetate magnetic tapes recorded at 7 ½ IPS
4-track mono of the Apollo 11 Landing on the Moon July 20, 1969 (about 6
minutes each).  Does anyone here have that capability?
