[NLRS] NLRS Saturday Picnic

I plan to come to verify some 10 GHz equipment. Return loss on feeds, with  
and without
the radome. I also want to try operations from Capital lot, and either New  
Trier or
Cannon Falls-High View Road, or maybe all three. Hope someone can stay  at
Indian Mound Park that long.
