[NLRS] Easy questions

  Again, thanks for the reply, but what I'm seeking
are answers to my 2 questions.  I don't mind typing the
output into Cabrillo, it takes about an hour and I'm OK
with that.  I just like it when I click "submit" and everything
is all happy.

  For guys who weren't raised and born hammies, this
whole Cabrillo thing is a real PITA.  I've never seen any
guidance on how to specifically do it step-by-step, and
every contest, it seems like multiple people have nothing
but trouble.  I could tell you a few bloopers I naively did
back in 2004, that cost me a 1st place Wisconsin SOLP.

  But that was then, this is now, and I'm a bit wiser.  Just need
the answers to my 2 questions, and I'll be on my way.
