[NLRS] Easy questions

  Hi NLRS,

  You guys are so on top of things, I know I'll get a 
quick, accurate answer to this gimme putt.

  I am typing my hand log into the Cabrillo format for 
the June contest right now.  I've come across 2 things that 
I would like to get right.
  
  1)  Does the robot want to see "1.2" for 1296 contacts?  
  2)  What does the robot want to see for a contact I had on 
6 meters with N4CW, portable 1.  Is the proper format, 
"N4CW/1"?
