Well I brought my little FT-817 on a weekend ice fishing trip to Brainerd lakes area. As I was driving home Sat. night I enjoyed the contest! 

I was qrp/rover/mobile all at once. I think I worked about 12-14 people on 2 meters and 3 on 432, just off the cheep mag-mount.

Hmmm this rover thing is catchy, almost as catchy as the 20,21, and 24" walleyes I caught??  :  )
