[NLRS] W0ZQ & 10 GHz

I am hearing Dave's beacon off of downtown from  my deck .... thru the trees, 
etc, etc.  Very good CW copy.  I have  about 10 to 15 degrees elevation 
beaming into a wonderfully blue  sky.   High hopes for a few Q's on that band !
