[NLRS] 10GHz Results

Hey Don ..... er, Donn .... batting 0.500 is about 0.250  better than my 
usual average !   Sorry for the mistake, that one is  100.0 % mine.

Seriously, a nice write up and  some interesting observations on the results. 
 Getting better IS going to  be hard.
