[NLRS] SBMS 2ghz and up contest for 2007

Thanks for the heads-up Glen.   The contest moving into May has resolved
our conflict that we have had in the past with this fun event.   Typically
it has fallen on the same date as our NLRS Aurora gathering.    Moving from
April to May will also improve the possibilities of rain scatter.    Only
possible down side is that May 13 is Mothers Day ...... you might have to
consider taking your mom microwave roving.

It appears that they did away with the power multiplier ..... just straight
one point per kilometer regardless if your running 1mW or 1 KW.

For those with 2.3 GHz and up and who are interested, mark May 12 and 13 in
your calendars.    As this is a club aggregate scoring event (no individual
scores), NLRS will be competing.
