[NLRS] VHF Propagation aid?

Essentially the site is doing real time analysis of APRS packets heard 
and reported around the world. We're mostly interested in the ones in 
and around Minnesota. The site is calculating the direct distance 
between stations that are reporting APRS packets. The color blobs on the 
map represent the paths. As I write this, the Minnesota map shows 300 
miles packets from Mpls-St Cloud into Nebraska. Different colors denote 
longer range.

Since this is FM packet, chances are good the paths were available long 
before the map changed, but this is one more aid to watch.
