[NLRS] Es EN37

  Es provided "No Joy" in EN37ed .. KD4ESV EL87 (Florida) was heard 
about S1 at 23:50z  (5:50pm)  on 144.200 SSB..  I called him several 
times running 60W (the Icom 746Pro barefoot) If he heard me I don't 
know it. He worked several other stations that I was not hearing and no 
familiar calls in the "panic" of the moment. I spent too much time trying to 
attract his attention with the low power to even turn the amp on. By the 
time I had the amp warmed up he was long gone.

  He was in here for 3min max .... first day in many that I had the 6m rig 
off, so I didn't know about 6m Es into EL87 and there abouts.

  I was busy at the computer designing the 902 control interface...at the 
time. I had heard another burst of a weak sigs on 200 earlier in the day 
that I figured was meteor scatter. Oh well .........
