[NLRS] 2M Big Wheel antenna info

I'd be a little skeptical of that gain figure...
Remember, a halo is maybe -2 dBd. (You have to fill in the nulls off the end of a dipole.)
The BW is maybe +1.5 dBd. Stacking two, maybe another +2 for a total of maybe +3.5 over a halo, but your only +1.5 to +2 dBd. But they work better than a halo.

I _think_ the "dwtulsa" 2m antenna was tested at CSVHFS this past summer. It did well, but I don't remember the numbers and don't have access to any of the data here. It was well made: good workmanship and rugged (elements heli-arc'd if I remember correctly).

I googled around and the only pictures I found of big wheels looked like a 3-leaf clover. It didn't look bad. After seeing the claim of '5.5db over a halo' (www.dwtulsa.com), I'm interested!
