[NLRS] 2M Big Wheel antenna info

Several years ago we built a version of the big wheel scaled to 432 Mhz. 
I have  used it mobile a few times and it seemed to perform well. Bud, 
this antenna really does look like a rug beater and it is about the same 
size as the rug beaters I remember. I think that that transforms it from 
"ugly" to "cute".

If there is any interest in it I can bring it to the next breakfast.
