Here is a forward sent to me by Jay, K0QB. This is a great opportunity 
to upgrade to General class. Although there is a minor cost for study 
material, the class itself is FREE.

Techs --- If you are looking to move to a General Class License and the 
wide world of HF ham radio here is your chance. The St. Paul Radio Club 
is sponsoring a General Class License course starting March 14th. 
Experienced and knowledgeable instructors will guide you through the 
material to get your General Class license.

The Class will meet in the Hickory of Roseville Fire Station #1  
Wednesday evenings beginning March 14, 2007 .  The location is easily 
accessible from either Highway 36 or I694.
