Hi All Yes 4-40 very common tap Menards or any other local Mega hardware store I drill and tap a lot of panels. Aluminum is more forgiving then steel I use tap oil or machine grade lube You can use bacon grease also smells good when it gets hot Learned that from an old master Electrician 73 K0SHF
