Those should be very good filters. With the resonators on the end you can 
notch out a single interferer that is close in

Retuning using a sweeper should be easy

Looks like a fairly compact 8-pole filter with a 5 MHz bandwidth, so it
appears that it could be tuned to eliminate much interference on the 902
MHz band. The only bad news is that it comes tuned for 896-901 MHz, so it
*MUST* be re-tuned to be of any use at 902-903 MHz. I wouldn't have a clue
how to twiddle those 8 controls to change it to a more appropriate bandpass
range.
