[NLRS] September VHF Contest - W0ZQ plans and east/west activitytimes

   Hello Jon,

I will definitely be on and I will be looking (as always) toward
NLRS-land.

I am the easiest EN63 anyone to the west will ever work. If our
house
were on the western side of our road, we'd be in EN53. Good antennas
and height on all bands -- really hope to hear some weak ones and dig
them out. If I had a list of all the NLRS stations I hear off their
sides in
contests, it would surprise a lot of folks. So I'm looking very forward
to
these activity hours.

May I suggest changing the 2-3pm Sunday window? Both the Packers and
Vikings have noon games on Sunday. I suspect activity will be
diminished during
that time.

Also, since N ILL is included in this discussion, the Bears have a
game that
starts @ 3:15pm on Sunday.

I'd vote for either early morning Sunday or after 7pm Sunday evening.

We've already been talking about this contest and the West/East
activity times
over here. If people do indeed look both ways and participate, it
should be a
very active contest.

   73,
   Todd KC9BQA EN63ao
