[NLRS] ZQ power & UHF Logs

Hello NLRS land.   As of Monday morning my home QTH is still without power.
Straight line winds early Saturday morning snapped many of the power poles
in my area and lots of trees are down.   We will be lucky if its Tuesday
before power is restored.   Lost an older crab apple tree, a very big limb
off a silver maple, and the 2m yagi got twisted on the mast, but that was
it so we are counting out blessings while we enjoy camping in our own home.

Switching gears, the contest robot is working again.    Here are the MN and
WI logs that are in from the UHF contest .... there are no IA logs at this
time.  Paper logs will not show up on this list.
