[NLRS] For August 10GHz & Up Contest

Hello 10gigers.   

Very sorry for the slow  organization this year .... been extremely busy on 
all fronts.   

Regarding the 10GHz & Up contest for the weekend after next, here is  the 
current thinking.   I'll keep this short.   A group of  rovers, myself included, 
are interested in starting in SW MN, perhaps around  Pipestone, and working 
our way north during the day.  At this time the  rover group may include ZQ, 
VOI, FZ, IYT.   Anyone else interested in  roving with us.   Our pace will be 
slower than previous years, our  primary goal is not points, and our goal would 
be to attempt to work some longer  paths to VE4MA (Barry, are you around ?), 
KM0T, and any fixed group(s) in the  Twin Cities area, and anyone else.   
Regarding longer paths, this may  mean CW, it may mean we don't make it.  Regarding 
the fixed group(s), we  need to brainstorm, and very quickly, as to what sites 
may work.    Lonsdale on Sat comes to mind.  

I have talked to KM0T and he is  around Sat except for a time slot of about 
11:00 am to 4:00 pm.   He  may be available for most of Sunday too.   Barry, 
are you around and  available ?   ZQ, VOI, FZ, and IYT are interested in roving 
... this  may mean deploying to the Pipestone area on Friday night, running 
north to say  Fargo or north (?) for Sat night, then back home on Sunday.   
Anyone  else want to join ?

For the fixed group, who may want to come out  ?   An all day effort is NOT 
required, but if you want to that is fine  too.   We need a show of hands, and 
we need to brainstorm as to a  fixed site location that has a decent shot to 
the west ... perhaps from SW to  NW.
