[NLRS] APRS for rovers

As far as rover equipment, it does not take much to transmit APRS. You need
a GPS, a radio, antenna ( duh ), and something to make the radio transmit
APRS. Byon at Byonics make several nice products that are pretty cheap (
http://www.byonics.com ). The Tinytrak products will interface to a GPS and
radio and do all the 'magic' for you.

If someone is interested, I can probably set up a temporary APRS rig for the
next contest, using a Tinytrak 3 and a handheld ... it does not usually take
a lot of power, bue I don't have any experience outside of the TC area.
