[NLRS] No website

I just tried it again and what comes up is the Network Solutions home page
with an error message that reads:

 nlrs.org expired on 04/16/2007 and is pending renewal or deletion. 

So Network Solutions has identified the problem.  Somebody needs to write a
check to turn it back on.
