September VHF contest 2006

I was only available to operate for a few hours but had some fun on 2
meters.

I had to dust off my T E Systems amp (about 300 watts), my QRO amp was down
for repairs, but I still had use of my 55 ft long 2 meter yagi at 55 ft in
the air. So a more normal station...... and a weekend that allowed about 5
hours or operating time.

It wasn't until my 13th contact on two meters that I worked EN34 (KB0LYL).
Prior to that I was able to collect:
EN61
EN70
EN53
EN73
EN41
EN25
EN21
EN23
EN36

Later we picked up EN57, EN10, EN13, EN41, EN33, EN22, EN08, EN31, and EN71.
I enjoyed the little time I had and it was a thrill to complete with W9FZ in
EN57.
