[NLRS] NLRS 1296 Net

I called the net at 1945 local tonight as usual. There were no 
responses. However, I had just worked KC0IYT/R and N0KP moments before 
so I will count them.

The average number of checkins for this season has been very slightly 
more than 1. Usually, it has been exactly 1. Thanks to N0KP who has been 
there nearly every time. Thanks also to all of you who have checked in 
when you did.

I am not going to be able to be around much for the next month of so. 
Also, I need to send my 1296 transverter back home to Frenchtown, NJ, 
for needed TLC. On account of those two points and in addition, the 
apparent lack of interest in 1296, I will no longer be trying to run a 
net on that band. Tonight was my last time.

Thanks again to all of you who did check in now and then and thanks 
again especially to N0KP who almost always did.
