[NLRS] "Local" tropo

  KB9TLV EN45an 135 miles very strong on 2 and 222 this morning at 
about 9:45am. 432 was not very good at my end and no luck at all on 
1296. Both John and I headed to the shack after seeing co-channel on TV 
... Channel 13  40miles away has considerable co-channel ...

 VE3KRP at 8:30am on 2m was just about 5-2 (QSB) once he pointed this 
way, Eddie was running about 1Kw .

  10Ghz to Gary at 8:45am signals were nothing special, easy Q 5-4. 

  W0ZQ/b on 222 is Q5 but just abovoe the noise at 9:45am.

  EN43b and EN53b are very nice copy .... No S meter reading but sound 
LOUD. Oh I wish the 746Pro had a REAL S meter.
