[NLRS] 2006 UHF Contest "electronic" CLAIMED SCORES

One more (and the last until the the list is identified as being the 
"complete" list) "I just checked it" count of the logs reveals that the 
Claimed Scores are now posted. The count of "electronically submitted" logs 
is now at 166 (plus those two "pesky" checklogs).

A quick and non-exhaustive scan of the claimed scores indicates a "repeat" 
by KM0T as #1 in Single-Op High Power though there was not as much margin 
over K1TEO's 2nd place this year (and W0GHZ looks like #4). Single-Op Low 
Power was captured again by K2DRH. Chief Instigator of Rover Mania, W0ZQ, 
appears to have re-captured #1 Rover (and W9FZ looks like #3...after the 
"Packrats Rover Team" W3CCX in 2nd). Top Multi-op was the ever present W2SZ.

Unless there are suprises in the paper logs or as a result of log 
checking...these *may* be the standings. Congrats to all participants.
