[NLRS] Bearing & distance program for Pocket PC ?

I don't suppose these things have java loaded on them?  There is a 
special java runtime environment for mobile applications called J2ME 
that many portable devices have now.  I have all the java code from the 
rainscatter program, so it probably just need repackaging into a mobile 
app that somehow one loads on their palm, or mobile phone, or whatever.
