[NLRS] Sept Contest Plans W0ZQ and proposed 10 gig activity times

Hello NLRS.

W0ZQ will be home for this September contest with 6m through 3456
cooking.   I do plan to do some mini-roving to EN34 and EN35 with 146.46 FM
and 5.7, 10 & 24 gigs if anyone wants to try that.   My mini-roves will be
centered around the 10gig activity hrs.

For the microwaves, lets plan on three 10gig activity hours off of Downtown
as follows:
      7:00 pm Saturday evening
      1:00 pm Sunday afternoon
      7:00 pm Sunday evening
