[NLRS] Sept Contest and the high bands KF0Q/R

Jon - awesome idea 
The 1:00pm on sunday will be tough for me as I will be between EN33 and 34
somewhere around there.  But 7:00pm will work both days for sure.  Still
looking for a good 10G spot in EN44 too ... the sportsmans club is OK to the
east and south (new state IL on 10G sunday night..) but not the best to NW
where the majority of folks are (300 to 340 deg).  I will see sat night what
things are like and decide.  Any way keep the ideas coming - even if the bands
are down as typical for sept should still be fun.
