[NLRS] 10G 8W amps

I finally got around to firing up the 8 W amp. I would like to compare 
my results with those of you have tested your amp.
 
I observed the following:
 
Voltage applied 12.5 VDC
    100 mA with voltage applied but amp unkeyed.
    2.5 A with amp keyed and no drive.
    2.8 A with amp keyed and full drive
         I expected something  closer to the rated 5A
 
Low drive--unsure of actual drive but about 1.5 W    
        +39 dBm output
        1.7 VDC on monitor  port
 
Full Drive--2 W +
        +40dBm
        1.9VDC on monitor  port.
 
Gain--7 dB   (At least it is above the rated minimum)
 
Efficiency--22%  (this doesn't look out of line either)
 
Test Freq 10368.1 MHz.
 
How do these measurement compare to what you have observed?
