Except for details of the boom steps in diameter, the assembly manuals
that can be downloaded from Directive Systems and maybe C3I who both
sell antennas based on K1FO designs can get you in the ball park. By the
time you find 40" lengths of 3/16" rod, the nylon shoulder washers, and
the stainless steel element retainers you can purchase the antennas from
those sources and save hours of chasing and labor.
Those dimensions may have been published in some Central States or NE
VHF conference proceedings as well as for sure in QST and ARRL
Handbooks, both general and antenna. For sure its in my 2002 ARRL
handbook pages 20-61 through 20-70.
