Two more thoughts along that line then.   My experience is that my big
horizontally polarized 432 yagi works pretty well on 440 FM.    You may
want to try going with just one bigger horizontal yagi and using it for FM
too.    A second idea is to tilt the yagi so its at 45 degrees .... that
would be 3 dB down for both horizontal and for vertical, but would support
both modes (again with just one antenna).

My suggestion is to try going with just the one big horizontal yagi and see
how it performs on FM for you.
