[NLRS] Microwave Sprint

I "hope" to be on (902) tomorrow for this, but if the weather is 
anything like it is right now, that won't be happening!  Anyway, if the 
weather is tolerable, I will be set up on top of Elk Mound hill (West of 
Eau Claire) in EN44 and looking West toward the Twin Cities.  I've done 
some work on the transverter and it looks like I'm getting about 8 
Watts, so it is probably doing the best it can, but this should be able 
to make it over that path...the contest runs basically from 6AM-1PM and 
I most likely wouldn't be on until at least 10AM and it may be closer to 
noon or later if I have to wait for the weather...
