[NLRS] VE4UD silent key

    I regret to inform that Bill, VE4UD passed away yesterday at a Winnipeg hospital.   Bill was active on VHF/UHF and was the kindest person one could meet.  His signal will be missed.
    Bill was a good friend, and helped me like no one else could.  Often, he would spend entire over-night hours helping me with information relayed via HF while working in Northern Manitoba.  Farewell Bill.
